Servus! My name is Michael and I hereby present you my sketchbook straight from the Bavarian Alps. I´m currently studying Digital Arts in Munich and want to
specialize in Level Design and Concept Art.

I used to draw a lot but never could go full time untill now. My aim is to first
improve my skills drawing the human body and then move on to more complex things and finally full blown concept art.

I´ll start out with some sketches I did today. Heads basically.

michael, good to see you starting a sketchbook, keep posting! You're definately on the right track in terms of practicing something each day. If you can, try to get into a weekly (or daily!) open figure drawing studio. If the school doesnt organize any, I bet there are students that are organizing one. It is definitely the best type of practice you can get, in addition to the anatomy studies you are doing. I do a gesture one on saturday and a longer pose one on sundays - these have helped me more than anything else.

KEEP DRAWING!
